Ramadhan Al-Mubarak : Tips Berpuasa

Alhamdulillah.
Berjumpa lagi kita di bulan paling berkat, bulan Ramadhan 1436H.

Selamat berpuasa to all!

How's the preparation? Just would like to share my tips for berpuasa.

Tips berpuasa #1 :Bersahur

“Bersahurlah, sesungguhnya pada sahur itu ada keberkatan”. (Riwayat al-Bukhari dan Muslim)

Eat and drink during sahur. Tak perlu heavy sangat. Cukup sekadar mengalas perut. My opinion, take some oats or rice and drink Mineral Coffee. Mineral coffee boleh tahan lapar and keep you awake all day.

Tips Berpuasa #2 : Drink Water
Minum air yang banyak to replace kekurangan air. Start minum dari berbuka until sebelum tidur. Once bangun untuk sahur je, cuba minum another 2-3 glasses.


Tips Berpuasa #3 : Don't think so much about food
Yup, stop thinking about food!!

Stop thinking nanti nak berbuka makan ape ye, nasi beriani ke nasi arab.. hehe
Your mind will automatically switched to eating mode and you'll be screwed!
