Sing along, Lissa! (Please ignore the pitching, people!)

At last, i got a few minutes to update my blog. with all the audits (which still not over yet!) and a bunch of new incoming materials waiting for the production trials, my hands are quite full. even my mind couldnt focus well during my bf session..sorry baby lissa..

My heart touched when i read Mommy Nadia's blog about Natural Parenting.  it really gave me a nudge!! I never thought so much about this Natural Parenting stuff, til i read her post. I even thought of quiting my job and gave all my time to my baby. Thank you mommy nadia! It almost brought me to tears..

Yesterday was a remarkable experience for me. As Lissa and i "hanged" out in front of the tv, with very low volume, I saw her being fussy. Not sound-fussy type, but with both her hands and legs punching and kicking all over. As I discovered before, whenever she is sleepy and need some nap/sleep, she'll get into that habit. If nobody picks her up, or dodoi her, she'll be doing that til she gets tired and sleeps by herself. As for yesterday, I didn't want her to doze off to sleep by herself, I picked her up and sang her some songs. I tried to recall all the songs while we were back in kindergarten (which is what, 21 years now?). Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Old McDonald, Are you Sleeping.. and whenever I got to the part I couldn't remember the lyrics, I went humming, hmmmm, lalalallalala..and Lissa laughed whenever I did that! I guess, she knew her mama forgot the song. Clever gurl! All along with my singing, she sang along (regardless her mama's off-pitching and mixed up lyrics. give me a break, Simon!). though the sound was soo far different from what I sang..it was so funny and at the same time brought a big happy feeling to me. What a wonderful life as a mum.. another big step, yet wonderful!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention where we went last Monday. As my husband promised us (me:dinner;  Lissa:jalan-jalan), we went to sunway pyramid (again? Nak buat mcmn, tu je yang dekat.. OU next time, plz!) We had our dinner at my husband's fav restaurant, The Sushi King! while we were eating, I tried to feed Lissa, but she was too overwhelmed with all the clinking sound from the dishes, she didn't want to neither drink nor sleep. As we were leaving and as my husband queuing up to pay, she started to whimper, asking to be fed. Bertuah betul anak mama ni, ye.. I sat next to the cashier, and fed her with my ebm. My husband had to wait up til she finished off her milk. Kids, so unpredictable, rite?

I was looking for a reading material for Lissa. Any mommies out there have suggestion? Trying to find good reading material for her.better start earlier, rite?

I better stop rite now.. got to finish off report for my new material trial..duuuhhh!boring!

Til then!

A typical Weekend as a housewife

Last weekend was a time-to-catching-up-with-laundry weekend! since we didn't plan to go anywhere, the whole 3 days were for me to clear up all the dirty laundry and tidy up our apartment. (sempat lagi Lissa tido dlm bundle kain mama, ye - look at one of the pix)
Nothing much happened. just the usual housewives routine.. waking up early in the morning, putting the dirty laundry in the washing machine, hanging it up (and wishing for the bright sunshine-alhamdulillah), folding all the mounting clothes, while cooking dinner for beloved husband. Yup, all three days were almost the same, except for the menu (Friday: Fried fish and kangkung kampung, Saturday : Soy sauce meat and Meranti masak lemak ; Sunday : Chicken goreng berlada and Lobak Cina Soup) Quite a variety, though all the thinking and pecah kepala thinking what to cook. and surprisingly, yesterday, as a reward, my husband told me that today we're going to have an eat-out! yeayy!!! (Actually, there were nothing left in the refridgerator and we didnt have time to do the grocery yet - but i consider it as a reward, though..wink wink!)

Oh, yeah, forgot to mention.. you must be wondering when looking at one of the pix i posted. yup, the one with the candle and very dark surrounding. that was the day when our surau had no power. the contractors were doing the job outside the surau, and out of sudden, they have to cut off the elec supply, Without any notice! so, as a sacrifice for my Lissa, i have to pump in a dark, along with 2 aromatheraphy candles...scary? quite a bit.. the green light was my pump! if you squint your eyes, you could see a lil clear..hahaha!

Nights out to Sunway Pyramid

Nights out to Sunway Pyramid - 2 nights in a row!!

First Night : 3rd December 2009
I was craving (yes, i'm out of the pregnant mode but still have those cravings, people!) for pizzas from Papa John, but Pizza Hut will do since Papa John's restaurant is at Berjaya Times Square (i totally forgot they have opened a new branch at JJ Bukit Tinggi, lol).
We arrived at SP (shortform for Sunway Pyramid) around 9 pm. Ordering -took us almost half an hour, Eating -took another half an hour. There u go, 1 hour. by the time we done eating, most of the stores were closed. Planning to get some stuff at Jusco, but since they were closed, we grabbed the time to take photos of ourselves without people runnning or crossing our path.haha!

Second Night : 4th December 2009
We managed to arrive earlier than last night. I picked up my hubby at work (he's done at 8 pm). Went straight to SP. We shopped first so that we managed to get what i want (an innerwear for me..hehe) then only we grabbed st for dinner. since most of the restaurant almost closed, we got to go to Subway. Yeay! i Love Subway!!!

For both nights, Lissa was so excited. She was sleepy, but managed to hold her eyes wide open for all the lights, blinking and shining stuff around her. We were so happy that she didn't fuss around but enjoy the scenery.
and if you noticed the pix i posted, the one with the Loreal posters - yes, she was awake! she wasnt sleeping, but staring at bright lights above her head!

I guess that's all for today. my boss wasn't around - on leave. my colleagues wasn't around or too busy to be available. my Happy Time for blogging and surfing!! yeay!
Take care all!
~lots of love~

How far has she progressed?

Congratulations!
Your baby's birth date was
Friday, October 02, 2009

Your conception date was most likely 1/9/2009
And your baby is 65 days old!

New things I found out today from one of the parenting websites (and quite impressive how they projected the baby's future) are :

  • Your baby's half birthday is April 2
  • Your baby's birthstone is Opal (Hope)
  • Your baby's Astrological Sign is Libra
  • Your baby's Flower is Calendula or Cosmos (White, Yellow and Varied)
  • Your baby was born in the Chinese Year of The Brown Earth Cow
  • Your baby will start kindergarten in 2014, be old enough to drive a car in 2025, finish high school in 2027, and will graduate from college with the class of 2031, give or take a year. Can you imagine?
  • This time last year you weren't even pregnant yet!

Here are list of progress for her :

1. By the end of month one a baby typically:

  • Lifts head for short periods of time (checked!)
  • Moves head from side to side (checked!)
  • Prefers the human face to other shapes (checked!)
  • Makes jerky, arm movements (checked!)
  • Brings hands to face (checked!)
  • Has strong reflex movements (checked!)
  • Can focus on items 8 to 12 inches away (checked!)
  • May turn towards familiar sounds or voices (checked!)
  • Responds to loud sounds (checked!)
  • Blinks at bright lights (checked!)

2. By the end of month two a baby typically:

  • Smiles (checked! – A LOT!!)
  • Tracks objects with his eyes (checked! – especially when her mama walks by)
  • Makes noises other than crying (checked! – not usually cries, most of the time merengek-type of sound)
  • May repeat vowel noises, such as "ah" or "ooh" (checked!)

3. By the end of month three a baby typically:

  • Raises head and chest when put on tummy (checked! – by first month. She does have a strong bone – noticed by her grandma, her babysitter n by a lot of people)
  • Lifts head up 45 degrees (checked!)
  • Kicks and straightens legs when on back (checked!- she can even do the exercise, moving her whole body during the legs pushing exercise)
  • Open and shuts hands (checked! – esp when I massage her fingers)
  • Pushes down with legs when placed on a hard surface (checked!- yup, esp during bathing. She doesn't want to lie on her back)
  • Reaches for dangling objects
  • Grasps and shakes hand toys
  • Tracks moving objects(checked!)
  • Begins to imitate sounds (checked!)
  • Recognizes familiar objects and people, even at a distance (checked!)
  • Begins to develop a social smile (checked! Usually early in the morning n before sleep – she wants to hear some bedtime stories or storytell by herself to her mom before dozes off)
  • Begins to develop hand-eye coordination
  • Brings both hands together (checked!)
  • Interested in circular and spiral patterns
  • Kicks legs energetically (checked!)
  • Holds head up with control

What we can do:

§                  Hold and cuddle your baby as much as you can

§                  Keep up the talking in a sing-song fashion

§                  Massage his body regularly

§                  Hold out toys to him so that he tries to hold them (because his hand-eye-coordination is poor he will not be able to judge the distance between an abject and his hand and will be unable to hold something you offer him)

§                  Place your baby on a bouncer or hold her against your shoulder so as to exercise her neck muscles

New Life.. New Mom.. I'm Loving it!!

Her smile early in the morning really made my day! Every day waking up to a smiling baby surely brightens up anyone's life.

I'm already out of my confinement mode, people! Yes! no more "Watch your step! Step slowly!".. no more "Don't eat this, don't eat that".. no more bertangas - aka sauna but with charcoal-really burned out all the fats and excess weight i've been carrying thru the pregnancy..no more bengkuk jawa - aka traditional girdle..however, still some rules applied - no ice (yet), wear modern girdle, some restriction of any food that can give my baby extra gas.

Alhamdulillah, being a mother, a first time mother wasn't that bad. heard a lot of people out there struggle - i mean Really STRUGGLE - to keep up with a newborn. As for now, Baby Lissa hasn't given me any hard time yet. and i hope that'll be, ermm.. forever, i guess? (that's a lot to ask for) but for now, she was really good.. not crying as loud as other babies. she just makes some sound to attract attention - merengek sound. and pretty much thats it.
And I manage to take care of her quite well. Take her for a warm bath early morning and evening. BF her very well- up to now, no more formula. she already gained almost 2 kgs up to now - age 58 days. and i'm really proud of it. Thank God. and i pray that my BM will always be there for her.insyaAllah..

Oh ya, forgot to write about my husband. He's doing fine. Work day and night, just so he could support us. Thank God for giving a loving and responsible husband like he is. Last Friday night, 13th Nov (Oh, Friday the Thirteen!) i accompanied him to the Appreciation Dinner by Proton for his 2oth service. It was held at the Shah Alam Convention Center (SACC 2). Almost 1000 people turned out for the event. Datuk Syed Zainal gave away the certificate and Sijil Simpanan Premium worth of RM1000 for every workers who have been served the company for 20 years. and he was so proud to be one of the loyal employees for 20 years. (we are not talking about 2 years, it is 20 YEARS! could i outbeat that? i dont think so..hehe)
Below are some pictures taken from the event, and sorry for the low quality. the hall was dark and my phone camera seemed not helping much either (wink!)
Ok for now then.. my 58th-day-of-confinement-and-still-counting entry!
Ciao! Enjoy the pix!

Motherhood : A New Chapter

Yes, i'm still on maternity leave. Countdown to 24th day - still have 36 days to go. My daily schedule most likely not different from the other day. Wake up in the morning around 7 or 8 am, take a warm bath, prepare cloth for my baby when my mom/my sister/my husband take her for a bath, nurse/breastfed my baby, eat either bfast or brunch before she wakes up for another session of nursing, watch tv or try to sleep which usually i failed to, nurse her every 2 hour, take a warm bath some time around 7 pm, nurse her again before i had my dinner, have dinner, watch tv, then sleep. yup, i have to wake up every 2 or 3 hours (very lucky of i had a full 4 hours sleep) to nurse her, change her diapers, then try to sleep which will take me almost 1 hr before i get my eyes to shut completely. total sleeping hours maximum was around 3 hours per night.

Now i know how difficult it is to be a mother. Now i appreciate and adore my mom more than before! Nursing and breastfeeding really requires commitment and sacrifice. it's all about the swollen, the soreness, the pain. if somehow i couldn't stand the pain, it will probably lead to frustration and the end of the breastfeeding. but thinking about my baby, all the nutrition n antibody received from the beast milk, i have to be strong. and a plus for me, my husband has been so supportive that he always give me massage on my shoulder after some tired sessions of nursing. he even told me that after my confinement, he'll bring me to spa for relaxation trip. I'm so lucky to have him as my husband even after some stressful and intense moments.

Sometimes I really want to get back to work. Getting bored day by day. However, when I think about my baby, time to let her go and send her to a nursery, my heart breaks. I can't stand the fact that she'll be left with some strangers. come to think about it, i rather stay at home for even a year! A question about to be a stay home mom sometimes cross my mind. Come to think about it, there will be a big benefit for my baby, however, how could i waste my 4 years of engineering degree i did at Purdue University. hmm.. again sacrifice? for now, I'm not ready for that big sacrifice. i hope i could manage time as a working mom, and still spend quality time with my baby and my husband, and also cope with house chores. Pray and pray.. hoping everything's gonna be alrite. amin..

Meet Our New Born : Nur Adriana Lissa Maisarah binti Rosman

Picture after 1 hour she was born:

Assalamualaikum and Good Evening to all

Alhamdulillah..

I delivered my baby safely at 13:52 on 2nd Oct 2009 at Shah Alam Specialist Hospital. And it is fortunately as my obg expected : A Girl!! She was 2.47 kg in weight and healthy. i delivered normally.
The episode started at 5 am that morning. my hubby was working on night shift and i was accompanied by my fren, Saniah. I felt sort of 'period pain' like and saw what people called a 'bloody show'. a bit panic, but still could regain my composure. Saniah luckily already woke up since she had to finish a report asked by my boss. Called my husband around 6, asked him to send me to the hospital. and adding drama to it, he didnt pick up the phone. and i knew he was sleeping and didnt hear the ringing. Saniah called my husband's co-worker, Zizi, asked him to wake my husband up. He clumsily woke up and rushed to our apt. He took a bath and around 6.30 am, we arrived at the hospital. We went upstairs to the labor room, the staff nurse checked me and said that i wasnt near to the time yet.. but she asked me to wait for the doctor at 9 am to reconfirm. Three of us went to Maisha Restaurant to have breakfast. i even had nasi lemak!
Around 9.30 am, Saniah went back and both of us went inside to meet the doctor. We waited almost 30 mins for the doctor. They placed me in the Labor room 2 and the doctor checked me at 10 am and confirm that i could deliver today. what a relieve! She asked me to go poo-poo first, gave some medicine to go to the toilet. i were brought to the room at Anggerik Suite, Room 230. waited around 10 mins, and i went to the toilet. some time around 10.30 am, i went to the labor room 2. the doctor told me that she was going to break the amnoic fluid. and luckily it wasnt that bad.. a feeling of excitement to meet my baby mixed with afraid what was in store for me..they put me into Pictoxin, some medication that'll fasten the contraction.i was dilated 3 cm that time. they expected 1 cm per hour - which i had another 7 cm to go.which will take approximately another 5-6 hours for me.
Around 1 pm, my husband went out for a while (which i thought for a while). he even thought of going to Solat Jumaat. some time around 1:35 pm i was about to deliver..dilated around 8 cm.. all the nurses were in chaos since they thought that i'll deliver later around 4 pm. but somehow, i was a bit early, which was a relieve for me since i dont have to suffer that long. the nurse called my husbnd and asked him to come. as he arrived, so did the doctor. i was ready, and they asked my husband to support my back. "Push" they told me.. 4 times, and there she was.. crying loudly. and alhamdulillah, thank God everything went smoothly..

Now, our family is complete..

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilftiri

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all muslims out there! to those people who know me and my hubby, maaf zahir & batin.
Oh, you all wanna know whether i went back my kampung or not rite? yes, i did manage to get back kampung, and celebrate eid for the first time as a wife. of course i went to see my obg first before that. she did the VE and told me, i'm quite far to my due date.. one-fifth on the way.. and i thank God that i could get back home to celeb eid, instead of stuck in the ward..ehehe.. however, now, in my 38th week, i didnt feel anything, nothing that people used to tell me when they r close to the date. no braxton hicks stuff, at all! i even went shopping. last week, i went to berjaya times square to get my hubby stuff for raya. yup, he didnt have any baju melayu or anything nice to wear. so i bought him 2 nice shirts and a renoma black slack. the next day, we went to Semua House and bought him a pair of maroon baju melayu to match with my maroon/red baju kurung pahang.
on the 3rd Hari Raya, we went back to KL. yesterday, we went to carrefour to look for rack for our baby. not only the rack, we also bought baby car seat (which was on sale) and baby bath tub. pheww.. everything's ready now.. just waiting for the baby.. and i suddenly cant wait to meet her. and she's still active inside me.. kicking and tossing and turning.. so i guess, i have another week with her inside.. well, probably until the expected due date..! even my hubby dreamt that i already gave birth.. so funny, but he woke up the other day, and told me that i'm done.. :) Yes, afterall, We cant wait..
the name? not finalized yet. i guess, when we have the baby, then thats the rite time to decide..rite?

37 weeks.. and counting..

i'm officially 37 weeks in pregnancy. Last Wednesday, i had my check-up with my ob. everything's normal, except for my body weight.. i didn't gain any.. not even a kilo for the past month. 64 kg and maintain. though, luckily, my baby did gain A LOT!! she was 1.9 kg last 2 weeks, and now, she gains up to 2.4 kg.. yeah, really fast, and growing.. thank God. although i didnt gain any. theoretically, i lost some..i guess, this fasting activity managed to shed some of my fat, i guess..hehe
my Ob asked if i go back to my hometown or not this festive. of course i said i do.. then she scheduled another check-up on the 17th (next week). wut scared me was she said, i'll probably be ready to deliver next week. she'll check on the dilation and determine, if i were to dilate at least 3cm, she'll get me induced for the labor. if not, then i'll be save and happy to go back for raya. hopefully....
Updates on the check-up other than her weight, i got to see her face once more. so cute.. and i asked the ob to look for the hair. and she does have hair. it seems like her father's.. tercacak and standing up..haha..
i guess i better focus on my paper work now.. i've got 5 days more before i went off for my maternity leave :D (big smile)

Ramadhan Al-Mubarak

Assalamualaikum everybody!

Yes, it is Ramadhan already. and i'm officially 35 weeks and 6 days pregnant.and surprisingly, i manage to fast and be quite ok with it (as long as i took a really heavy sahur - 2 servings of rice plus some protein ie: chicken/beef/fish and some vegie - plus a glass of milk and couple glasses of sweet drinks) yeah, quite heavy, and usually by the end of the sahur, i'll be like a whale.. hahaha.. but that's what my ob advised me to do.
since my last pregnancy check-up on the 24th aug showed that i've gained 0 kg since last 2 weeks (yup, maintain my 64 kg body weight). i have no idea why, but i thought i've eaten so much that i'll probably put on weight at least a couple of kilos. but anyhow, she told me to make sure that eat well balance diet and in quite of large amount. if i didnt manage to gain weight by the next check-up, i'll be asked not to fast til delivery time. no, i wont let that happen.. it'll be soooo hard for me to fast during other months.
Some people kept asking us whether we've selected names for our baby. the answer is yes, quite a few.. and last night, we finalized on 1 name. hopefully, the gender will be as what my ob expected and saw in the ultrasound. it is a combination of 3 words, same as mine. first we thought of having 4 words, but then my hubby told me that it was too long, and 3 words adequate enuff.
hmm got to get back to work now. new day for me.. new section now. before, production.. now, engineering.. yes, new "azam" then! bye!!

A tribute to Michael Jackson

You Are Not Alone

Another day has gone
I'm still all alone
How could this be
You're not here with me
You never said goodbye
Someone tell me why
Did you have to go
And leave my world so cold

Everyday I sit and ask myself
How did love slip away
Something whispers in my ear and says
That you are not alone
For I am here with you
Though you're far away
I am here to stay
But you are not alone
For I am here with you
Though we're far apart
You're always in my heart
But you are not alone
'Lone,
'lone
Why, 'lone
Just the other night

I thought I heard you cry
Asking me to come
And hold you in my arms
I can hear your prayers
Your burdens I will bear
But first I need your hand
Then forever can begin
Everyday I sit and ask myself
How did love slip away

Shut Down and Relaxing Time

Hi all!
I’m currently in a really good mood although in bad health.. you know why I’m saying that? It has been 2 weeks since my factory is having shut down activities - which is where i'm not involved directly. SO it's kinda 2 weeks of relaxing and non-busy week for me.. i can do wutever i wanna do (i mean, work related, people! not "lepaking" and chit chatting ok?) Planned and actually executed the Tools Audit that i've been planning to do since like centuries! and my boss didnt even bother me about all the reporting and the countermeasure actions regarding the Quality and Rejection Stuff..that's the wonderful and superb of having this shut down..haha.. (Dont be mad, Saniah - my beloved fren & colleague whom i guess the Most Busiest Executive in the factory since she has to arrange the Safety Campaign, Training programs and all the project activities schedule during the shut down)
And.. in Bad Health, huh? I've been infected by my husband. Yeah, infected! He had terrible flu and fever last Friday. We went back to my parents that Friday nite, and he was wearing a thick shirt and a sweater-even tho my family and i wished and would be sooo thankful if Malaysia had a one-time winter. it was really hot and humid.. wishing that i were somewhere in Indiana in December (the temp should've been around minus 20 degrees back there). We were sweating like hell, and he was shivering. I felt really sorry for him. luckily he didnt get that flu from people who've been overseas (yeah, it wasnt swine flu). and that nite plus the saturday nite-2 nites in a row-i stayed up to take care of him. gave him pills and put a wet towel on his forehead to make sure he didnt get so hot, changed it every 1 or 2 hrs. and thank God, he got up on Sunday for the Bowling Tournament in good health. and me? i got his flu and couldnt stop coughing until now. it has been 1 week already. however.. what makes me proud is that he told me that i am a good wife - and "mithali" wife.. auuw... so sweet...

Progress on My Pregnancy
I’m in Week 26 everybody. As far as I know, during this time, baby could hear very well. And I’ve tried an experiment to test if my baby knows that I’m talking to her. It really worked! I lied on my back, put my hand on my belly, and called her. She suddenly moved and response to my voice. And what’s even more wonderful is that when my husband put his hand on my belly, she kicked! She starts to get really active starting on my 5th month. From wut I read in the websites, they said that baby will move and kick frequently when mom in relax condition – especilly when lying. But that didn’t apply to me. My baby kicks and moves almost ALL THE TIME!! The schedule pretty much like this: Once/twice early in the morning (especially when I havent had my bfast yet), then around 10:30 in the morning, next afternoon usually after lunch, again some time around 4 pm and then at night, rite before I fall asleep.. Sometimes I could even see her either elbow or knee from outside! Cant wait to meet this lil fella..

Weekend Activities
Tomorrow morning my husband and i are going to go for our 2nd honeymoon to Cameron Highland. Can't wait until tomorrow! we'll be going there with his friend, wife & kid. Just a one night stay. I'll update on the trip once i get back from there, ok?

It's A Girl!!

Yup, It's a girl everyone!
I went for specialist check-up with gyno at Salam Med Center with Dr Siti Mariam yesterday. Last time she told me to come back during the 22nd week for detail check-up. Waited around 10 mins, my name were called by the nurse, i went in with my husband. after the doc checked my heart beat and blood pressure, i laid down for the ultrasound. We managed to see the face.. and soo cute!! the cute chin, the eyes, the nose, and even the two nostrils! then we counted the fingers, for both hands. Alhamdulillah, everything looks very normal. checked the heart, the kidneys, the diaphragm - everything's normal. afterwards, the gender.. the doc asked me to interpret. yup, i know about the 'hamburger' effect.. yes, it's a girl!! my husband smiled satisfyingly coz i know he always wants a girl. (fyi, he lost his baby girl in 2001 - she was diagnosed with dengue at 9 yrs old) I feel so happy and thankful that i could give him something valuable - a child like he ever wanted.
Alhamdulillah, so far so good. everything's normal. and i hope God will continue blessing us with all these nikmat.

Sempurna ... Perfect

Nice song to listen to :

.......-SEMPURNA-........

Kau begitu sempurna
Dimataku kau begitu indah
kau membuat diriku
akan slalu memujamu

Disetiap langkahku
Kukan slalu memikirkan dirimu
Tak bisa kubayangkan hidupku tanpa cintamu

Janganlah kau tinggalkan diriku
Takkan mampu menghadapi semua
Hanya bersamamu ku akan bisa

Kau adalah darahku
Kau adalah jantungku
Kau adalah hidupku
Lengkapi diriku
Oh sayangku, kau begitu
Sempurna.. Sempurna..
Kau genggam tanganku
Saat diriku lemah dan terjatuh
Kau bisikkan kata dan hapus semua sesalku

After translate it to English :

.......-PERFECT-........

You’re so perfect
In my eyes you’re incredibly beautiful
You made me
Will forever adore you

On every step i take
I’ll always think about you
Cant imagine my life without your love

Dont you ever leave me
I wont be able to face everything
Only being with you i could

You’re my blood
You’re my heart
You're my life
You complete me
Oh darling, you are so
Perfect, Perfect
You grasp my hand
The moment i’m weak and fall
You whisper words and wipe out all my doubts

Tazkirah of the Day

I found this article and felt really good to share with u, and a bit of reminder for me..

Today: Officially one of the most stressful day of the month.wanna know why? what else..? my loving husband..of course! only he who can turn my life upside down, flip front to back, squeeze all the juices away, burn my heart as black as charcoal or even totally the opposite of that..melt my heart with his love and concern, bring my life as happy as a free bird, be really strong and brave once again.
what he did was not that big deal-he downloaded a game from internet thru his cellphone and the charges from Maxis up to rm250, aint that ridiculou?? however, the thing that im really mad is that he didnt apologized.. and even said "what's the matter?"! (it does matter. the fact that we're trying to reduce our spending since the baby is coming up really makes me mad - plus the fact that i couldnt buy new shoes or new shirts or new handbags really matter!)
hmm.. a friend of mine told me to control the stress.. yeah i know that stress could affect my baby.. i'm cooling down now that my stomach really hurts, and felt the baby kicks harder than usual..
oh well, enough bitching about the stress already.. now the good stuff : yesterday my husband told me something really sweet "i'm so proud of you. you are ready to become a mom" out of nowhere the words came out from him (see, told you he can make my life upside down!) probably coz i prepared lunch for him (cook for him), washed his clothes, swept the entire apartment and tidied up almost everything. (yes, i cant stand him mumbling n babbling about messy stuff lying around-even tho its just a piece of paper(can u imagine?)

surf the net and found this-so funny!

Pearl Necklace Dream

After she woke up, a woman told her husband, "I just dreamed
that you gave me a pearl necklace for Valentine's day. What
do you think it means?"

"You'll know tonight." he said.

That evening, the man came home with a package and gave it to
his wife. Delighted, she opened it - to find a book entitled
"The meaning of dreams"
